In particular, please note the colours and materials depicted on the Top to Toe Equestrian site are digital representations, as close to the actual colour, texture and design as normal internet technology allows. In addition, please note that material colours may vary slightly in their shade between batches of products. We will match the colours you choose as closely as possible, subject to these batch variations. If you have any concerns, please contact us.

These terms and conditions are governed in accordance with the laws of Queensland, Australia. You agree, as do we, to submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the Australian courts.

Pricing

All products offered for sale by Top to Toe Equestrian are priced in Australian Dollars (AUD). Any customs or import duties due when your package reaches its destination country will be your responsibility.

Availability

We try to hold stock of most popular styles for active products, however during peak show season time an products will be out of stock, if this is the case we will inform you. All delivery dates are estimates and are subject to availability. The Top to Toe Equestrian site has an estimated delivery time on all products (if out of stock), located in the product detail section for your convience.

Special Order Items

All items ordered specially such as those sourced outside our usual stock, those with personalisation or custom made are non-returnable. Cancellation must be made within a week of placing the order and this MUST be done by telephone on 07 54840265.

Payment

Orders valued at $200.00 or less full payment (non-refundable) is required before your order is processed. If your order is valued over $200.00, a minimum 50% (non-refundable) deposit is required before processing your order, with the remaining balance due before shipment.

CREDIT or DEBIT CARD - The fastest way to pay for immediate despatch (stock dependant). We accept all major credit/debit cards (Visa and Mastercard). Cards are not debited until goods are despatched.

CHEQUE/MONEY ORDERS - Please allow 5 working days for you payment to clear. Cheques should be made payable to DL KIMBALL.

GIFT VOUCHER - only accepted for post orders, we will require the unique voucher number and any additional payment if applicable. Vouchers can only be redeemed via post or in store.

We accept online payments through a secure environment by credit or debit card and transactions are shown in Australian Dollars. Do not email your card details. No responsibility can be taken for security if you provide your details in this way. Card fraud is illegal and will always lead to prosecution.

Returns

If you return an item to us due to the wrong size being selected (for STANDARD STOCK ONLY) within 14 days in perfect condition, complete with the original packaging, we will be happy to exchange for another size.

Please note the following cannot be returned or exchanged unless faulty: Personalised and Special order items. Personalised and Special order items cannot be cancelled once the order has been processed.

You must make your own arrangements to return goods to us and you will be responsible for the cost of return. We recommend that you obtain proof of postage as you are responsible for the returned goods until they arrive in our warehouse.

Your Shopping Account

When using the website, you are responsible for ensuring that your account details and passwords remain confidential and you agree to accept responsibility for all activities occurring under your account and password. If you believe this information has become known to someone else or that your account is being misused contact us immediately.

When registering your details ensure that the information you provide us with is complete and correct and that you advise us as soon as possible should this change or you wish your details removed.

Top to Toe Equestrian reserves the right to edit or remove content, refuse access to the website or cancel orders at our discretion. If we cancel an order, it will be without charge to you and you will be notified immediately.

The contents of the website may not be copied, reproduced, duplicated, sold, downloaded or distributed by any means to third parties without our express written consent.

You may copy or print details for the sole purpose of using the website while connected to the Internet.

You must not use the website in any way that causes, or is likely to cause the website or access to it to be interrupted, damaged or impaired in any way.

You must not use the website for fraudulent purposes, spamming or any unlawful activity.
